Considering that Russia purchases North Korean weaponry to prosecute its invasion of Ukraine and commit war crimes there, in the process propping up cash-starved nuclear power aspirant and arch- enemy of Japan the DPRK (sic), it makes no sense for Japan to import anything of Russian origin.
