Blessed Are the Tofu Makers

Oboro tofu from local tofu maker Masato Kobayashi with homemade umeboshi. While the tofu is still warm, bittern is added, resulting in a soft, puffy tofu. Oboro is not readily available in supermarkets or convenience stores.
